Refund policy

At IOLX (Interactive Online Learning Experience), we strive to provide high-quality, accessible education to all learners. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which course or service fees may be refunded.

 

1. Payment and Enrollment

  • Payments for courses, certifications, or services on IOLX must be completed through our approved payment gateways.
  • Enrollment is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

 

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  1. Duplicate Payment: If a payment is accidentally made more than once for the same course.
  2. Technical Issues: If the platform fails to provide access to the course due to technical problems that cannot be resolved.
  3. Course Cancellation: If IOLX cancels a course before it starts.

 

Refunds are not available for:

  • Courses that have already been accessed or completed.
  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction after starting the course.
  • User errors such as enrolling in the wrong course.

 

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, you must:

  1. Contact info@iolx.org within 7 days of payment or issue occurrence.
  2. Provide details including course name, transaction ID, and reason for refund.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is at the discretion of IOLX.

 

4. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

5. Changes to This Policy

IOLX reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or posted on the platform.
